The scope of his work includes valuations for most purposes including expert valuations for dispute purposes, matrimonial valuations, retrospective and Capital Gains tax valuations, matters
under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and the 2002
Commonhold Act, Compensation Work under the Land Compensation Acts 1961, 1973 and the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965.

He has acted on numerous occasions as an expert witness on behalf of the Court etc.

The scope of his work includes Homebuyers and Building Survey reports, valuations for most purposes including matrimonial valuations, probate, retrospective and Tax valuations, valuations under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and the 2002 Commonhold Act, , Compensation Work under the Land Compensation Acts 1961, 1973 and the
Compulsory Purchase Act 1965.

He has acted on numerous occasions as an expert witness. 

In addition, he acted on behalf of the London Borough of Haringey in providing Council Tax Bandings for two separate post codes within the borough.

He maintains a database (dating back to the 1980s) to aid in retrospective Valuations.

He is a proud father and grandfather, with a truly global family (with a daughter in California, a son in Australia and three more in London!)

The scope of is work includes Valuations for most purposes including retrospective valuations, Capital Gains tax and probate valuations and reports for Court Proceedings either as a Single Joint
Expert or as an Expert Witness.

He specialises in all matters under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and have been involved in around 15,000 cases to date. He has appeared before many Leasehold Valuation Tribunal’s giving evidence on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
He is responsible for the general administration and financial control of the practice.

In his spare time, he is a keen amateur footballer and Lawn Green bowler.

The scope of is work includes all matters under the Party Wall Act 1996 for both building owners and adjacent owners.

He also has considerable expertise in all matters under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.

Daniel also speaks Japanese.

Brandon is a Residential Surveyor and Valuer. He is an associate member of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer.

He has been producing EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) since 2014 and became a fully qualified Residential Surveyor in 2020. The scope of his work includes Homebuyer Surveys, Economy Surveys and Lease Extensions.

In his free time, he is an avid gamer and cosplayer and has attended several conventions with his friends.
